The property: an old stone 'Maison de Maître' built in the early 1800s.

Aim: the owners wanted to create 2 ensuite shower rooms. The existing rooms measured 35m² and they wanted to reconfigure the rooms to include an ensuite and walk-in closet.

Constraints: the height of the drainage at the back of the house necessitated raising the floor in the downstairs shower room.

Design style: modern blended with solid wood and feature stone walls.

Bespoke features:  solid ash countertops for basins. Solid ash fitting for towel rail to keep the towels from touching the stone wall. Mosaic shower niches with led lighting and movement detection.
